(Pond Creek, OK) A fire in Pond Creek on Sunday morning resulted in no injuries and two homes being destroyed.
The Pond Creek Fire Department was notified at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday morning about the fire at 331 E. Broadway Avenue in Pond Creek.
The residents of the second house were not present during the time of the fire and both houses were destroyed.
The Pond Creek firefighters received assistance from Lamont, Nash and Medford.
A representative from Pond Creek Community Partners told the PCFD that the American Red Cross had been contacted to provide assistance to both families.
No cause for the fire has been determined by the Pond Creek Fire Department.
