CTB Sports Director Derek Darr sat down with Ty with Peaking Fighting MMA to discuss the upcoming fight at the Stride Bank Center on May 2.
Ty started off by sharing how MMA can appeal to a lot of people:
“I recommend everyone to come out in the area and see something like this. Anytime PFC comes to any town…everyone comes out, they support, and it’s a show for everyone from kids to adults to people that love to watch it, [and] people that have never watched it before.”
Ty continued about the excitement of MMA, and its status right below UFC:
“I tell people all the time [that] they have to actually go to some of these events and experience what it is live…especially the atmosphere that Peak brings to the cage. They have one of the biggest cages in North America, so it sits right in the center for everyone to see…This is right below the UFC level, and you get to go and experience people [who] come up, people like me. Anywhere I go that Peak travels, I bring my whole crew, my whole atmosphere. Anytime I go out, I bring my supporters.”
