The City of Enid has planned a water outage for a section of Hoover Street and the surrounding area on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
The outage will affect the areas of 210 Hoover St. to West Owen K. Garriott Road, West Oklahoma Avenue from Cogdal Drive to Hoover Street, and West Cherokee Avenue from Cogdal Drive to Hoover Street.
The outage will last from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
