Celebration of Life Service for David Troy Hobbs, 57 of Enid, will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 am in Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Jackson officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
David was born on December 7, 1967 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and passed away on September 15, 2025.
David “Dave” grew up in Enid and left a mark on everyone he met. He was always the happiest in a circle of friends. If you were going anywhere with him you knew he would already know everyone there. To call him a social bug was an understatement. His personality was contagious and there were not many serious moments when he was around.
One of his greatest passions was his motorcycle. He truly enjoyed hitting the road on 2 wheels no matter where they took him. He was very active in the Downed Bikers Association, most recently serving as Vice President.
He is survived by Shawnna Hobbs; his children, Nicholas (Shasta) Alcorn, Ashley Hobbs (Jordan Webb), Sergeant First Class Austin (Cherokee) Hobbs; 8 grandchildren; parents, Marilyn (Nathan) Shearon; brother, Kurt Hobbs; sister-in-law Angill Hobbs; sister, Kelly (Buddy) Dugger; other relatives and many cousins.
Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris Funeral Home to the Downed Bikers Association.
