Celebration of life services for Patsy Twilene Block, 65, Enid, will be held Friday, August 28, 2026 at 3:30 pm in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor Helmer Johnson officiating. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Patsy was born on April 3, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii,, the daughter of George Cheek and Pauline Carter, and passed away on August 15, 2026 at her residence. She was raised in Colorado, attending Florence High School. Patsy lived in Texas, later moving to Enid. She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at The Living Center and Garland Road Nursing Center. Survivors include her daughter Jennifer and husband Jerrod Detwiler of Enid; son, Mathew James Block of Enid; grandchildren, Xavier, Jaelyn, Raine, Keein, and Grayson.
