Aidan Robinson Sets Passing Record Looking Back on the Plainsmen Victory During the Bye Week

The Enid Plainsmen last Friday night defeated their rivals the Ponca City Wildcats 29-27 on the road. Junior QB Aidan Robinson had an incredible game breaking the Plainsmen single-game passing record with 387 yards passing.

The defense was stingy for the Plainsmen getting a safety that led to the 2-point victory. For the most part, it was a strong performance for the Plainsmen, however, they did struggle with turnovers and penalties, especially false start penalties. They will need to clean that up before they head into district play.

Some other bright spots for the Plainsmen were Karmello Washington and Blaine Parks who both had key receptions for the Plainsmen. Up next for Enid after the bye week is their 1st home game of the year against Edmond North.
