In this interview, CTB Sports Director Derek Darr sat down with the Enid Head Football Coach Brad Cornelson to discuss the upcoming matchup against Stillwater.
The coach wanted to talk about Stillwater’s lineup and what to expect:
“They’re dangerous offensively, the offensive line is really good with size. Quarterback can do a little bit of everything. does a nice job of getting the ball to people. Good weapons on the outside. They look really good on film. [They will] be a huge challenge for us.”
Coach Cornelson highlighted last year’s lineup and provided insight on the new team.
“We’re a completely different team. You look at the team that stepped on the field last year. There’s just not a whole lot of the same guys…you lose your opener in the fashion that we did, and I did not sense any type of [non-believing] they could go win the game…that’s where it all starts with any type of competition.”
