Former Plainsmen Football player Donovan Reiman got the sweet taste of victory as his team the Kansas State Wildcats defeated the NC State Wolfpack 28-19 in the Pop Tart Bowl in Orlando Florida. Literally as the victorious Wildcats were rewarded by getting to devour the edible Pop Tarts Mascot costume, in maybe the 1st time a mascot was devoured by the winning team in college football history.

Reiman played at Enid High School under former Head Coach Rashaun Woods, as a senior Reiman had 88 total tackles, 10 sacks, and 15 tackles for loss. Rivals had him ranked as the 38th best strongside defensive end in the Class of 2022.
