Enid Plainsmen Center Fielder Garrett Shull is no secret in the state of Oklahoma. Fully aware of what Shull can do many pitchers opted to walk Shull last year or attempt to paint the corners, fearing what the Plainsmen Center Fielder can do at the plate.

Shull isn’t a secret to MLB scouting departments either, during the Plainsmen fall practices, the Plainsmen have had visits from several Major League teams, including the San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, LA Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, and more.

Shull is currently signed to Oklahoma State on a baseball scholarship as he heads into his senior year with the Plainsmen. While a member of the Plainsmen, Shull has helped power his team to a State Tournament appearance as a Sophomore and a trip to the state championship game as a Junior.

For his incredible play last season, Shull was recently named the Oklahoma Large School Player of the Year by the Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association.
