Oklahoma women’s basketball claimed a clean sweep of the SEC’s weekly awards Tuesday, with Raegan Beers earning Player of the Week honors and Aaliyah Chavez collecting her fourth overall — and third straight — Freshman of the Week recognition.

Beers shared Player of the Week honors with Texas standout Madison Booker, while Chavez split Freshman of the Week honors with Tennessee’s Mia Pauldo.

An All-American center, Beers secured her first SEC Player of the Week award of the season and the fourth of her career — the most in the conference — after leading the Sooners to wins over Little Rock and No. 23 Oklahoma State. The senior averaged 24.0 points on 67 percent shooting, 13.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game.

Beers opened the week with a dominant performance against Little Rock, posting 26 points and 15 rebounds in just 23 minutes during a 55-point Oklahoma victory. She also added a career-high five assists in the win.
