2022 is almost over and that means you are running out of time to achieve your New Years’ resolutions from last year. Fortunately, 2023 is almost here so you can get started on a fresh set of New Year’s Resolutions for 2023. If you don’t have any ideas then I can get you started with some ideas for 2023 resolutions and how to achieve them. For the next 3 days, I will be giving resolution ideas and how to accomplish them.
Lose Weight: One of the most common New Years’ resolutions every year is weight loss and many people struggle with achieving that goal. Here are some tips that can make your weight loss journey a little easier. Something you can try is intermittent fasting, heard of the keto diet? Well, intermittent fasting can put your body in ketosis without having to keep a strict diet.
There are different ways you can do it like eating only 8 hours a day like from noon to 8 pm and fasting the rest of the day. Another way you can do it is by doing a 24-hour fast once a day. Another way to lose weight is a high-protein diet, foods high in protein like meats, peanuts, and peanut butter can fill you up faster so you won’t be eating as many calories. You can accomplish this by meal-prepping meat in a crockpot for your meals and buying protein bars for your snacks instead of chips, crackers, and cookies.
