The City of Enid has scheduled a planned water outage for East Willow Road so that crews can complete a waterline tie-in.
The outage will affect the area between 54th Street and 102nd Street, and it will last from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16.
