The City of Enid Mayor and Board of Commissioners have set their agendas for Tuesday’s special meeting and regular meeting.
The special meeting will begin at 5 p.m. while the regular meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The notable orders of business for the special meeting will entail:
- Discussion about pending actions regarding the Skeleton Creek Solar and Battery Project
- Potential litigation regarding price change orders requested by Garney Construction in the Kaw Lake Water Supply Project
- Discussing the potential creation of a Tax Increment Financing district to aid in matter of economic development, including a movie theater proposal
Meanwhile, the regular meeting will entail:
- Awards and Proclamations, including the recognition of KCRC’s 100th Anniversary
- A hearing regarding proposed changes to Title 11 of Enid’s Municipal Code
- Considering the approval of the State ARPA Interest Earnings Grant Agreement with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board
