The cause of Tuesday’s wreck at 4th and Willow which 2 vehicles were heavily damaged and no one was injured has been revealed. The collision occurred at around 7:50 am on Tuesday, July 25th when the driver of a blue Dodge Challenger was driving eastbound on Willow when he stopped at the 4-way stop to turn north onto 4th St.
In the middle of the turn, the driver of the challenger told police he saw the driver of a red Nissan Alti approaching him without stopping who then proceeded to collide with his vehicle. The driver of the Alti stated to police that he did not see the stop sign.
Heavy damage was done to both vehicles but neither driver suffered any injuries.
