The expectations are sky-high for the Garber Wolverines who return 15 starters from last year’s squad that went 5-5. Last year the Wolverines were a young team that saw a hot start derailed by injuries.
If the Wolverines can stay healthy this year they are loaded at the skill positions with Junior QB Brett Howry leading the way surrounded by plenty of talent between Mark Bishop and Carson Bishop.
The defense also returns 7 starters including Kooper Hughes and Treven Blaser. In non-district play, the rivalry game with Covington-Douglas should be fierce as both squads will have tough teams. B-2 should be a tough district this year with tightly contested contests each week.
