Heartland Hawks Head Baseball Coach Chris Razo Talks World Series

The defending 2023 NJCAA Division World Series Champions have made it back to Enid. Heartland Hawks Head Baseball Coach Chris Razo spoke with CTB Sports about how his team has made it back to the big stage despite losing several All-Americans.

The Hawks grabbed the 4 seed in this year’s tournament and will be facing off with the winner of St. Johns River State and Westchester Sunday at 10 am. Heartland is 43-16 on the year and they were the Central District Champs.

Leading the way for the Hawks in batting average is TJ Williams who is hitting .417. Corey Boyette is batting .369 with 13 home runs. On the mound for the Hawks Jacob O’Day is 9-1 with a 2.97 ERA.
