The Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs and Lady Broncs took care of business winning the B-4 District Championships. The Lady Broncs were in a dog fight with the Medford Lady Cardinals and they trailed by 1 at halftime, Medford answered the Lady Broncs’ pressure with pressure of their own pressing most of the 1st half and forcing the Lady Broncs into committing turnovers.
However, experience won the day for the Lady Broncs’ upperclassmen, Pepper Elmore had 13 Points while Maddy Lockhart had 11 Points. In the losing effort for the Lady Cardinals Skylar Anderson and Jayda Killian each had 8 points, and Brinkley Blanton had 9 points.
Next up Kremlin-Hillsdale faced a young and athletic DCLA team that also kept the game close to the end. Every time the Broncs tried to pull away, DCLA would make a run to keep the game close, until Kremlin-Hillsdale finally pulled away at the end of the game. Andrew Wright had 17 points, while Caleb Schultz had 15. In the losing effort, Will Muegge had 19 points, and Dawson Scott had 17 points. Up next for all 4 schools is the regional tournament.
