TJ Runser with Tiger Pawn Talks Hoops Hysteria
Multi-time Hoops Hysteria attendee and owner of Tiger Pawn and Jewelry TJ Runser spoke with CTB Sports about the upcoming Hoops Hysteria event this Tuesday, March 19th at 6 pm at the Enid Brewing Company. Hoops Hysteria is a March Madness kickoff party where 64 qualifiers meet and are assigned a team in the NCAA Tournament. If that team makes it to the Final 4 then the qualifier will win 1 of 4 Grand Prizes! However, last-second attendees will also have chances to sign up! We will also have door prizes like gift certificates and tickets to the OKC Thunder!
Runser has attended 6 Hoops Hysterias and he spoke about his luck with some of the teams he has drawn in the past. It’s been all over the place from getting assigned 16 seeds with no chance to make it to the Final 4 to getting assigned North Carolina last season who made it to the National Championship winning Runser a Grand Prize!
The Mystery is part of the fun and the crowd gets into it poking fun at those with the misfortune of drawing bad teams and jeering with jealousy when someone draws a college basketball powerhouse.
