Following a joint operation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office, North Enid Police Department and the Waukomis Police Department, four men connected to a human trafficking operation have been arrested.
Coradino Rosato, Jack Ramey, Dan Spalding and Steven Byrum have been taken into custody and charged with solicitation of prostitution and violations of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. Furthermore, additional potential victims of human trafficking and their traffickers have been identified for further investigation.
This proactive human trafficking investigation came after the completion of the Advanced Human Trafficking training hosted by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office, presented by Skull Games Solutions in partnership with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Response Unit.
