A fatality collision occurred on Sunday on S. County Rd. 175 which took the life of 66-year-old George Edward.
Edward was headed south on S. County Rd. 175 in his 2021 International Truck when he failed to clear the right curve, causing him to depart the roadway left and roll over on it’s top.
Edward was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained from the collision and was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Oklahoma City by Shaw Funeral Home.
The incident is still under investigation, but investigators conclude that the cause of the collision was inattention.
