A vehicle incident occurred near the intersection of N 10th and Locust involving the driver of a minivan. He allegedly was pulling out of his driveway when the accelerator got stuck. He was unable to stop the vehicle, and the minivan continued down the driveway striking a concrete step near the front porch, which caused the vehicle to roll onto its passenger side.
He was pinned inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by emergency responders. The driver was transported to Bass Hospital in Enid as a precautionary due to his age but did not complain about injuries according to the investigating officer.
