INTEGRIS Health, which represents both Oklahoma’s largest physician network and largest not-for-profit health system, has entered an agreement to be acquired by Risant Health.

INTGRIS will join other health systems under the proverbial Risant umbrella including Cone Health and Geisinger Health. Risant themselves are owned by the larger health care consortium Kaiser Permanente.

Chief executive officer for INTEGRIS Health Timothy Pehrson voiced optimism for the deal, stating that joining Risant Health will provide new “resources, proven value-based care capabilities and investments, in hospitals and clinics.

INTEGRIS will retain its current staff and leadership group, including its name and branding.
