A personal injury collision occurred in Payne County at 8:24 a.m. near Stillwater, OK.
The accident involved a 2017 BMX X3 traveling southbound on Range Rd. The driver departed the roadway southeast and came to rest in a dry creek bed.
The driver was transported to Stillwater Medical Center by Lifenet and transferred to St. Francis Medical Center in Tulsa, OK where they were admitted in good condition with leg and external trunk injuries.
The cause of the collision is possibly due to the icy conditions of the road following the winter weather happening around the state.
The crash was investigated by Trooper Wulf #936 of the Payne County detachment of Troop K. and assisted by LT Ludwyck #155 of Troop K, Lifenet EMS as well as Perkins Fire Department.
