The Enid Plainsmen have punched their ticket to the playoffs after a key victory over Southmoore whom they defeated 46-28. The Plainsmen’s defense was spectacular in the 1st half of the game pitching a shutout, while Bennett Percival and Israel Gonzalez split time at quarterback during the 1st half.

Wide Receiver Zyire Allen also had some insane catches near the sideline that were ruled out of bounds, but he followed the near misses up with some spectacular touchdown catches. Enid running backs Blake Fuksa and Ayden Iverson both had dominant performances running the ball which helped Enid race out to a big lead early.

Southmoore rallied in the 2nd half scoring 28 points but the lead was already insurmountable. Up next for the Plainsmen, they will be taking on Norman North in the last regular season game of the year.

If they are victorious and Broken Arrow is defeated by Moore, then the Plainsmen will finish 5th in their district and get a better playoff seeding.
