A personal injury collision occurred on Saturday, October 21 on Haskel Road at US-81, about 1/4 mile south of Medford. The crash involved the driver of a Honda Odyssey.
The vehicle was southbound on US-81 and departed the roadway right, striking a culvert and rolling end over end once, coming to rest on its wheels. The driver was pinned and had to be extricated by Medford Police Department and Medford EMS using a utility knife.
The driver was transported by Medford EMS to Integris Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid. She was admitted with trunk internal injuries and listed in stable condition.
The crash was investigated by Trooper Seth Sturgeon #788 of the Grant County Detachment of Troop J. and assisted by Trooper Carter Matthews #779 of Troop J, Medford Police Department, and Medford EMS.
