Northern Oklahoma College has selected Studd Morris to lead the men’s wrestling program at NOC-Tonkawa.
Morris is a graduate of Yukon High School who wrestled at the University of Central Oklahoma and was on national championship teams in 2023 and 2024. Morris was also a two-time Division II National Qualifier with a career record of 97-25 at UCO.
Morris shared his excitement for taking over the Mavs’ men’s program.
“First and foremost, I would like to thank Athletic Director Alan Foster and President Diana Morris for giving me the opportunity to serve as the next head wrestling coach at Northern Oklahoma College,” Morris said. “After speaking with both of them and the rest of the athletic department, it’s clear they are committed to investing in the growth and success of this program. I’m incredibly excited to join the Maverick family and provide our student-athletes with every opportunity to excel both on and off the mat.”
