In this interview, CTB Sports Director Derek Darr sat down with Okeene Head Football Coach Tanner Allen to discuss the upcoming game against OBA.
Coach began by sharing what has led the team to success this year:
“I think we [have] a lot of guys who play hard and are excited about what we can do this year. We [have] some talented kids; I think we’ve started out kind of sloppy, and I think it’s gotten better as the season went on. But they’re playing hard and excited for the postseason.”
Coach Allen discussed what to expect from the Trojans:
“We expect it to be a battle…they throw the ball well; they can cause a lot of issues for a defense. So, I think it’s going to be a really good time, and the boys are excited.”
